Applications are invited for the role of Intelligence Development Supervisor – Detective Sergeant, within the HQ Crime based at Hutton Headquarters. Please be aware that applicants must be a current serving police officer.
The purpose of this role is to:
To supervise staff ensuring the efficient, timely and effective receipt, assessment and management of information and intelligence in accordance with the National Standards of Intelligence Management. To supervise staff engaged in the disruption of individuals or groups whose activities fall within the definition of Counter Terrorism or Domestic Extremism. To develop intelligence and investigative strategies to identify and manage risk, highlighting these to the appropriate Intelligence Manager.
